Bataan Elementary School

March is here! Pretty soon the weather will begin to change. Time has really flown by this school year. We have some exciting adventures ahead of us. We will be having a circus company coming to our school this month. They will be working with the second grade students at Bataan. They will be teaching the students about circus performance and actually put them to work. The rest of the students at Bataan will be able to watch the second grade students put on a circus. We thought the circus would be a great culminating activity for our “Reading Under the Big Top” theme for Right to Read week, along with a fun send off for our second grade students who will be going to Jefferson next school year.
